Artwork Submission Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. We print files exactly as they are provided and do not make adjustments unless specifically requested and confirmed.
Resolution & Quality For best results, artwork should be submitted at 300 DPI at the desired print size with a transparent background. PressPlay DTF is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, improperly formatted, or poor-quality artwork.
Color Variations While we strive for color accuracy, colors may vary slightly due to screen differences, file setup, and fabric material.
No Refunds on Custom Prints Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom printed transfers unless there is a defect in the transfer itself.
Artwork Rights & Responsibility By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they own the rights to the design or have permission to reproduce it. PressPlay DTF is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
Turnaround Time Current turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.
